Article 1: Application of General Sales Terms and Conditions
The general sales terms and conditions are established to enable Guests to make bookings. Any booking therefore implies full unqualified agreement with these terms
by the Guest.
The general sales terms and conditions apply to services provided by the Establishment.
Article 2: Bookings
Bookings must necessarily be accompanied by a deposit, which is a substantial and decisive condition. The Establishment will confirm the booking solely following receipt
of the deposit paid by cheque or with a credit card number.
The balance remaining on the stay will be payable on check-in at the Establishment and will not be refunded in the event of a shortened stay regardless of the reason.
Article 3: Organisation of stay
. Booked rooms are available for occupancy by the Guest at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure. Any delay in vacating
the room may result in billing for an additional night at the rack rate posted.
. Breakfast is served from 7h30 to 9h30 a.m. in the dining room or from 8 to 10 a.m. in your room at an additional charge.
. Lunch is served in the restaurant dining room or on the terrace, weather permitting from 12 to 1.30 p.m.
. Dinner is served in the restaurant dining room or on the terrace in summer from 7 to 8.30 p.m.
It is hereby stipulated that meals not taken as part of a full-board or half-board package will give rise to no refund or reduction under any circumstances.
Article 4:Cancellation
Invoices are issued on the basis of the services booked by the Guest for the entire stay. Guests are requested to carefully review the general sales terms and conditions.
Booking are effective upon receipt of confirmation by the Guest by mail or email. Conformation is subject to receipt of deposits by the Establishment.
In the event of total cancellation of a stay, deposits are paid to secure an agreement and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of a stay regardless of the reason (Section 1590 of the French Civil Code).
In the event of partial cancellation or shortened stay (reduction of the number of nights, number of persons and/or services ordered), the rule will be applied proportionately based on the penalty fee provided for in the event of total cancellation.
The cancellation terms above may be modified depending on the operating requirements of the Establishment.
Article 5 : Rates
Rates are quoted net, service included.
Hotel service rates will be increased by the amount of city tax applicable at the time the agreement is made.
Article 6 : Payment terms
Deposits
A payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay calculated on the total tax-inclusive service shall be remitted at the time of booking by cheque or by credit card
by indicating the card number, expiration date and the last three numbers on the back of the card.
Confirmation to the Guest of receipt of the deposit by the Establishment constitutes the agreement binding the Guest and the Establishment.
In the event of dispute, the Curt of Albertville, France, has sole jurisdiction.
